 | zuchinibut (35) 09/02/2006 | Tuna is a great fish, and I'm not talking about the stuff that comes from cans. Sashimi is a style of cooking where the fish is seared on the outside, but remains rare on the inside. Tuna is a great fish for this, and is one of my favorite items to eat.

 | Drummond (54) 09/01/2006 | I love this fish in several different ways. Usually you slice it up like a London broil, after searing it quickly so it remains rare in the middle. Goes over rice or potatoes, with various sauces. Also, it's very low in fat and good for you.
