This is one of the great fallacies of the place I choose to live, you can't get a decent Philly any place. Philles are great, I get one whenever I can.

I worked in Philadelphia for a little over a year. I have had several Philly Chessesteak Sandwiches. Now everytime numbah (my roommate) fins a place that has Philly's, he brings me to judge the quality and taste of it. (Quzino's Philly sucks)
