11/02/2007 | I saw her MC(ing) in some Asia video productions and could not agree more. Brain and beauty do come together rarely, and most enjoyable! If she send me an email about her date and time of birth, I would love to read her Oriental Chart (la so tu vi)-similar to a Western Astrology Natal Chart, being an avid practitioner at http://www.vietlyso.com. But I suppose she is already a star, why need to find out all the bright stars shining on her life :) kyduc

01/12/2006 |  I have a great feeling of happyness to see a vietnamese American like Betty Nguyen on CNN. This joyful is not about her beauty and compassionate . And yes she's very charming as any possible angles, the fact is : being Amerisian was a tough luck in Vietnam during the 60's and 70's. It's a big taboo for any interracial married couples as we speak . After the fall of Saigon 1975, these children took the worst discriminations I ever witness. It was so unfair and so unjustified to those young innocent kids to make them feel guilty and feel unwanted ( because their dads were American servicemen ). I am grateful that Americans had found a way to let these chilren come to the U.S. Betty Nguyen was not the case , as her family had left at the right time. I wish betty Nguyen had all the things that a girl ever wish for. You're the one that every Amerasians look up to with hopes and dreams, and remember this: I love your SMILE, it's a sign that says the table has turned around for the better. C. T . Pham

She seemed to struggle a little at first with the pace
of the news -- and the communication with the producers talking in her ear while she is live -- but she has gotten much better. Very Pretty -- This morning i heard her say "hook em horns" it confirmed my hunch that she is a Texas Girl Is she married ?

11/26/2005 | As a veteran of one of the most tragic episodes in our history--the Vietnam War--I have to say that I always have taken notice of Eurasian women. They absolutely have the best combination of physical characteristics one can inherit. The Vietnamese women whose fathers were probably French diplomats or soldiers were always stunningly beautiful. They were frowned upon in their own country, as was any mixed Vietnamese person. The locals called them "poulez-canard," or "chicken-duck," as if to suggest they were neither this nor that. After we left Vietnam, we left hordes of fatherless half-caucasian children there, whose lives were completely miserable for many years to come. They caught hell from all Viets, not only the conquering Communists from the north. Anyway, Betty Nguyen is a typically stunningly gorgeous example of a Eurasian woman. I suppose her father was the Vietnamese, though I don't know her biography. In simple terms, with her articulate and intelligent approach to conveying the news, and her obvious incredible looks, I melt each time I see her on my large screen TV. Yah, Mon!! Dat one hot mamacita!
