Really nice affordable place. I had the chicken salad with lime dressing, yummmie ($11.something). Plus my friend hooked us up with the chocolate pie: heaven!

I like Chow. I take friends from out of town there. It's solid. But something's a little off lately. It's not a specific dish, it's certainly not the service - it's just lost a bit of sparkle. I'll keep going there when I want steak frites, but I don't know if it will be my standard for out-of-town visitors.

The absolute best Cobb salad in the known universe! Very loud...in a fun sort of way. Go next door to the gay Pilsner Inn (hottest gay guys in the city!)- to have a drink while you wait for your table to be called. (straight/gay/whatever is welcome) The cute young female hostesses will saunter over to the bar and come find you when your table opens up!

They offer smaller size portions on salad items, which I really like, and their desserts are wonderful. The gingerbread with pumpkin ice cream and carmel sauce is worth the trip!

GREAT food for the prices. Usually over crowded, but it's worth the while. They also have a VERY nice deck in the back.

I've eaten at two of the chow restaurants, Park Chow and the one on Church St., and both locations are great. The service is top-notch, well deserving of tips, and the food is superb. The quality of food is teriffic, the portions are fair, and the price is great for such good food. I usually order the fennel sausage, pizza, spaghetti and meatballs, or the cheeseburger. I do enjoy the local artwork as decor, but would probably not buy any at this time.

Decent prices for food. The service is almost always good. Breakfast is probably the strongest quality, but they don't have enough vegetatian variety.

Terrific! Good food, with a friendly crowd. Great desserts. Everything I've tried there has been great. Try the smiling noodles. Great first date place.
