DO NOT do Business with MiniPocketRockets.com!!! They are dishonest and should be put out of business. They lie about what they have in stock, they lie about when they ship, and when the product FINALLY arrives, it's NOT "ready to ride" as they claim. Parts were missing and the thing looked like it had been in an accident. Getting a hold of them is nearly impossible. They wanted to charge for parts that were supposed to be included, and needless to say, I did not get my money back for this piece of junk.

3 yrs ago we purchased a mini pocket rocket at minipocketrockets.com for my grandson and we were totally pleased. It took a few days longer to receive and had small damage on the back. It was hard to reach them by phone, but the damage was so minor that we decided to just not complain. My grandson got great enjoyment from his pocket rocket for 2 years. Last year we sold it at our neighborhood community yard sale because he out-grew it. I have read lots of complaints but I can honestly say our experience with the company was a good one. We are going to make another purchase from the company of a Quad for this Christmas and I am hoping I'm able to post another good review of that purchase.

Minipocketrockets is a fair site, nothing was wrong with my x7 bullet except for the fact that it leaked oil A LOT. i wasnt sure where this came from considering it was a 2 stroke which required gas/oil mixture..

Do not buy anything from Mini Pocket Rockets.com. My 11 year old son saved his money to buy a mini pocket rocket. It hasn't worked properly since we received it. It was shipped (from China of course) with the wheels loose in the box. There was no this side up on the box so by the time we received it most of the plastic body parts were broken. Finally got all that fixed tried to run it and springs broke, than had to order a new carborator (had to pay for it because they thought we were trying to get free parts out of them)!! The four wheeler is a piece of shit and not worth half of what we paid for it. Customer service is a joke, they could care less about all the problems you have with their product. My poor son has probably gotten 30 minutes total on the thing since we got it 7 months ago. My poor husband and neighbor (who is a mechanic) have spent hours and hours working on the stupid thing. I can't say it enough DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This lesson has cost us more than $500, hopefully I can save other people the same agrevation!!

This mini pocket rocket from accessories online is just a toy. And not a very good one. Their website is set up well and have a wide selection of cycles but oh boy, engines from China that are not much larger than a weed wacker motor. Quality ... white metal engine block .... cheap cheap cheap. I know of three kids, via their parents, who all waited forever to receive their motorbikes and once they put them together, all of the bikes had different issues. Two of them didn't start up and have sat around for 1 - 2 weeks waiting for parts. The company won't take the bikes back for new ones and won't send parts 1 - 3 days shipping. You have to wait and wait and wait. Stay away from this very bad Toy company.

www.minipocketrockets.com has to be one of the WORSE companies I have ever dealt with in my life. If there is any advice I can give the consumer, it would be DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. My sad story is below:

I purchased their X7 Bullet super bike on October 17th, 2008. I wanted to get a head start on the Christmas shopping, so without looking at the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and reviews online about this company already, I purchased with Mini Pocket Rockets.

Anyways, so two weeks go by, I have no word on my order, they charged my credit card TWICE! When I noticed this mistake, I called them and COULD NOT REACH THEM ON THEIR TOLL FREE NUMBER DURING THEIR BUSINESS HOURS.

What kind of business cannot even pick up a phone call not for one day but TWO days! I finally get a hold of someone on Thursday November 6th, 2008 to find out that MY BIKE I ORDERED WAS OUT OF STOCK. This is only where it begins.

They told me they can switch me to another bike, but I didn't want another bike that is what I ordered. I said you guys messed up and need to refund both amounts to my credit card. The woman I spoke to then said, "call me back when you get off your rag."

Never in a million years would I expect a business that I PAID MONEY TO! Talk to me the way she did. I then decided to call my credit card company for this woman was unable to issue my refund. My credit card company said to try again, so I did, asked to speak to the manager of the busienss, spoke to a guy names Steve.

If I could describe Steve in one word it would be ' DICK ' He talked to me as if he could care less. His resolution to my issue is to wait until my product comes back in stock, and that there were only one charge on my credit card. He promised me they would come back in three weeks, so I waited.

A MONTH goes by, NO REFUND, NO PRODUCT. I call and upset because Christmas is 15 DAYS away! I talked to Steve again, wondering what is the status of my order. Very simple answer. I have been waiting for TWO MONTHS. WHERE IS MY PRODUCT. AND NO REFUND ON THE SECOND CHARGE. I faxed over my credit card statement showing two charges, as he requested. And told me my product is on the way.

I asked WHAT IS MY TRACKING NUMBER. He didn't have it! When will you have it? Will call you when we have our system updated. I said Steve I need it by tomorrow. He promised me he would give it to me by tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and passes. I called Friday, couldnt get through. I for sure thought this was a scam at this point.

I called my credit card company they filed a dispute for me for both charges. At this point I was out almost $1,000. I don't know about everyone else that purchases toys like this, but I am not rich and their mistake on taking double caused me finance charges up the ying yang. At this point I just waited to hear back from my credit card company, and my sons christmas came and passed. This christmas was hard, $1,000 put us in a hole with gifts.

I get a call from Mini Pocket Rockets on January 13th, 2009 telling me to reverse the dispute if you want your money back. I said no no no, you guys can eat shit, and told them my story, which the girl said I could careless. You either cancel the dispute and get your money back from us, or you dont get you're money back period.

I got to speak to Steve again, he told me pretty much the same thing. Told him I cannot believe you guys run a business like this. I reported you to the BBB, and to my local news for this scam you pulled. So this is where it all made sense to me, his next words explained it all....

He said, "Kelly, I deal with customers just like you everyday. Same issues, same problems. We are not in business to provide a christmas gift, we are thankful we are still in business after the economic crisis. Now I have but only two options for you at this point, your first would be to cancel the dispute with your credit card for BOTH CHARGES, or we are going to fight this and you can very well be OUT OF BOTH BIKES you never received."

I told him, " it is people that think like you and business like this that makes our country so fucked up! You steal people's money and you sleep good at night from doing so. I will fight you until I get all my money back, and after doing so, I will tell the world about you and you're company MINIPOCKETROCKETS.COM.

Today is June 27th, 2009 and my credit card company finally contacted me back about my dispute telling me after all the information they provided, we favor you in this dispute. This battle lasted 10 months, but I am telling you, I am but one of thousands that are battling here. This company deserves to be SHUT DOWN, and the people in charge PUT IN JAIL. They are fraud!

I attempted to puchase a bike online. Says they ship 1-2 days. After 2 days nothing, cannot reach them on the phone, phone lines are full. I email them and tell them that I had better see a UPS ship. They send me a UPS ship notification that never changes from UPS received a shipping notice and no merchandise has been picked up. These people suck - stay away from them.

minipocketrocket.com intentionally sent me the wrong dirt bike. they only sell one type and it was not the same one pictured on their web site. they sent me an inferior bike. i am a motocrosser and i know the difference and it is vastly inferior. i am very disappointed!

Honestly mini pocket rockets did not live up to my expectations.
First they sent the wrong bike with a broken battery. After them sending me a new battery for the bike (free of charge) it died after about 3 riding sessions (which added up to about an hour 30 min. I had not realized that it was the wrong bike until i compared it to my friends and found they were identical in every possiable way. They then refused to send me a new bike (the one i ordered) because they said i did not notice the problem right away. Overall the customer service sucked because any time i called i was on hold forever or they said the line was busy. i would have to say that the only decent thing is them sending me a new battery free of charge.

www.minipocketrockets.com is great.  I got a motorcycle somewhere else a while ago and went shopping again for another one.  This one was bought at MPR and I must say, it is way faster and constructed much much better than the old one.  I got mine within 3 days after I placed my order!! I was amazed at their qucik shipping times.  When I called their Toll Free number, their cool staff over there even gave me a steep discount for performance parts since I was a customer!!  Since then , I have had 6 of my friends get motorcycles from them and we race all the time.  The old one we got from another place is now sitting around cuz it's so slow.  I got to 41 mph on mine and I weigh 140lbs!  Only get your motorcycle from MiniPocketRockets.com!

I also bought a super pocket bike (x-18) from them and everything came correct beside's a little crack in the frame.
I got it started with no problem and road it for about an hour before it shut down on me and had problems getting started since then. Everybody think they been calling off the hook please i been killing there phone line like crazy, finally got someone on the phone a few times and they been sending me parts with no problem free+shipping. The first part they sent me was a igntion coil and my bike only started once after 10 tries then shut right off after six seconds and kick start not helping neither, so i called again to complain and them sent me another one, a starter, batt,and a carb because they don't know what is wrong with the bike cause they are not there to see it so they started guessing i guess. I been locked up right before i received it in the mail so i have'nt been able to try the parts and get it running but i'm still very upset and want my money back because it didn't last that long, don't get my wrong the bike rode perfect when it did get started very fast and it do pop up in first and second gear. Oh not to mention that i also bought a performance air filter from them the same purchase with the bike and they me the wrong one they sent me one that goes to a smaller bike like a 49cc pocket bike then tell me that they don't have one for my bike yet no performance at all for the bigger bikes, like why did you send my the wrong one if you knew you didn't have one and you knew what kind of bike i order? they like because you order it we ain't gonna refuse a sale (BS). So know i'm stuck with that air filter and my bike doesn't run still so just check out other web site's for parts and P-parts. I will never buy from them again and i was ready to buy 2 more bike from them not no more
