As long as its a teen romance movie, not one of those Jennifer Aniston or Gweneth Paltrow type of romance movies.

Studies have been done on this and it's determined that you're more likely to get laid if you take your date to a scary movie, thriller or action movie. It's an adrenalin thing. Romance movies are a mistake. Don't set yourself up to be compared with a romantic hero or some Hollywood situation. One of two things will happen. (1) You'll be a total let-down or (2) She'll expect you to chase her through the departure gates, waving your arms and declaring undying love for her, every time she goes to the flaming airport.

This I've done quite a few times.(I'm sure the lady would have given me some anyhow, but she wanted me to "share" the experience. The ONLY one I enjoyed was "Pay it Forward".There are about a zillion "chick flicks" where the woman is stuck with an abusive partner, and they are interchangable, indistinguishable and very much malign the male of the species.Ladies, unless you want to punish us,please don't subject us to tear-jerkers!

You know, my dear readers of the male gender, sometimes a mere outlay of about 30 bucks has a big return on the investment. Now the movie isn't much, but at least you get a big tub of buttered corn, some dandy candy, a good drink and lots of cuddling during the sobbing parts. Afterwards, if you have been "sensitive" enough, who knows?

Who knows.... Maybe the movie might not turn out to be not half bad.
