Nothing like a wedding for making a woman horny.

If you have to go to a wedding to make it with someone you are already in a relationship with, that is WAY too high a price to pay and there may be something wrong with that relationship. Sure wouldn't work for me. If you are playing the field it strikes me as a good idea - they even made a movie on it - Wedding Crashers. If you are just starting out in a relationship, I think it would send the wrong message. Maybe Ok only if you or she know the couple well and are going to honor that old friendship.

I did this (was she maybe trying to tell me something?). We'd been going together awhile at this point, so "getting laid" wasn't really an issue, but I think I did start withdrawing emotionally after the wedding (I didn't even know the people getting married, which struck me as somewhat bizarre), as marriage wasn't going to be in the cards for me, certainly not with this lady. Maybe I was reading too much into it all, but I was "spooked" after that, as I took the "wedding invitation" as a heavy-handed hint that I needed to accelerate the pace of our own relationship. I evidently wasn't serious or committed enough for her taste. Her ultimate goal was the house in the country with a picket fence and 3.2 kids, a dog, and goldfish. My ultimate goal was...certainly not that. Needless to say, the relationship didn't last too long after that...my fault as much, if not more, than hers. But it is what it is and I am what I am.

I don't mind going to weddings-especially if there's an open bar!(Honey, will you drive us home?)

My ex and I were set up at my brother's wedding and my dress blues made me hard to resist, let me tell you.

If you can't get it done after a wedding, you might as well turn in your credentials and hang it up.
