Like Castlebee,I prefer not to be given only 5 at a time.(and now 5 incomplete ones).

Since I couldn't even read half the reviews of this topic without clicking on Full Review, I think it's obvious that this is necessary.

Since I've already whined about this change I say ABSOLUTELY! I don't know why exactly but, I have this need to see all the comments about topics in total. I think I subconsciously skim through and that's how I know which ones I want to take the time to read. Whatever the reason, adding this feature would save a lot of time and, I think, more people's opinions would actually be read rather than skipped over.

This would really aid reading the reviews and determining the ones you want to rate. I don't think the new system is an improvement.

While I don't like all reviews, and there are quite a few that I end up skipping, I'd still like the option of expanding the review. Sometimes what's worth reading is at the end of a review, and if I catch it before moving on, I'll scroll back up and read the rest.

That is a good idea

Let me start by unequivocally stating in no uncertain terms that I detest the current format in how reviews are listed under each item, namely reviews are now shown truncated so that we must not separately click each one to read most of them. Prior to the change, I could simply click view all and read each review that grabbed my attention (Staring with the oldest). Moreover, at a glance I could tell whether I had already read the comment and marked as helpful, and the shorter reviews that need no expansion currently can't even be marked as helpful (though I suppose that this is a bug). While I can see why RIA has removed the "unhelpful" option from this screen (as that had been considered for some time), this overall change has resulted in my reading far less reviews. The bottom line is that this "enhancement" actually degrades the utility of RIA and should be addressed as soon as possible.
