I think Thirsty Bear kind of sucks. It's totally antiseptic, and the crowd is mostly conference goers and bridge and tunnelers. This place seems like it should be located in a strip mall somewhere instead of in SOMA. No reason to ever go here.

This club is great. I love the music that they play and the bands they schedule to perform are fantastic. I like how people here are respectful.

A fun place to visit. The beer is pretty good, and it has a nice interior.

The tabs are anywhere from good to fair. The beer leaves something to be desired. Screaming desserts.

The Thristy Bear is cool, fun and the crowd is young. It is a fun place to hang out in.

Good brewed beer. My personal favorite is the Golden Bear beer.

Thirsty Bear is awesome. The food is 5 star, the people are hip, and the atmosphere is wonderful. There is nothing to say but that if you ever want to go out and have a good meal...Thirsty Bear is where it's at.

This is a brewery. It consists of mostly adults in their 20's-30's. Kind of Gordon Biersh like. Pretty popular. They have good appetizers and a nice environment. It is a good place for happy hour.
