09/20/2006 | The waist is one of those places where a woman can put a tattoo that she can cover up when she wants to, and show off when she feels like it. Nobody at your job would know if you have a tattoo here, but wearing a bathing suit or a revealing outfit for going out on the town would definitely show it off.

Ever see a "tramp stamp" go all the way around the waist?
I saw this one night when me and a few friends went out to the bowling alley. She was hanging out of a very tight pair of jeans and wearing a shirt that wasn't supposed to be a midriff (but ended up being one), so you could see a colorful monstrosity that looked like it was partially a "tribal" thing with a lot of flowers around it. It didn't help that she was drawing a lot of attention to herself by screaming into her cell phone (something about her "boss" not letting her off tonight, and someone was trying to take her baby away or something. Very "Jerry Springer"-esque. I found out she was a prostitute when she tried to hit one of my friends up. Ew. But, I digress . . . )
Moral of the story: tight pants, tattoos and stretch marks don't mix.
