I never liked this when I was a kid. Their flavors just do not taste good, though that may be a personal preference based on my palate. The aspartame is the dominant flavor. Since it has such gross flavors, I do not think it freshens your breath though I imagine it does uphold its anti-plaque claim.

This one I happen to use most often. My teeth feel more comfortable after brushing and don't need an after-brushing mouthwash.
