I've been coming here for a while to check out reviews on stuff I'm usually looking to buy, Epinions used to be good but I don't think that site has been updated since 1998... anyway, RateItAll rocks, and I am finally getting around to doing reviews of my own.

Even though I don't think I personally know anyone on here, and they will probably never know me, I like this site and you can still sort of see what personality each person has, even if you don't personally know them. I plan to be on RIA for quite a while, so hopefully it will be around for quite a while. I wouldn't leave this site without leaving some sort of message that I'm leaving, enless something tragic or sudden were to happen to me.

I like ria. It provides a great outlet for everybody involved. I've been on here for half the decade :)
I hope it's around for a lot longer than just the 00's.....Hello 10's

Its been good to me, and I've actually been a part of it for most of the decade.

I've been here on and off for 5 years, and I have really enjoyed it. There are some great people here, although there aren't so many nutcases as there were in the olden days. I started out as a kind of a political hothead, but I have learned that you can be friends with people whose opinions may differ from yours.

I drop in on this site now and then....

I became an RIA member in May of 2006, and it doesn't seem possible that I've already been a member for over two years. But time flies when you're having fun.

I wish that someone would do a youtube video of how Rateitall changed over the years. Lawgellan has made this site more colorful.

One of the great websites I now visit regularly on my trips through the web.

I'm not sure I would rate as significant in the 00's but it is a great website and Lawrence does a good job running it.

It's good to take a break sometimes, but it's nice to see things are still here and (mostly) the same as they were two and three years ago.

I love logging into RateItAll to see the newly added lists! Aloha ~

Been a minute since I joined RIA and it has changed (the website format) a lot...I miss the old format, kinda.

Other than that I like to rate and express my opinions and this site is good for that.

i am able to voice my opinions without my wife rolling her eyes at me, at least until she reads them.

Well, without it, my interest in the Internet would have waned a long long time ago. RIA is a great laugh, and also can become more serious when necessary. The community spirit and general feeling of goodwill is unmatched by any website I know. Best. Website. Ever.

I will give it five stars, but when it puts me in one of these high-pressure situations I don't feel like giving it five stars.

In addition to giving you a place to sound off, it requires you to think.  When you compose something, the site requires that you organized and make it logical.  

I also enjoy the sense of community.  I feel I know so many people that I probably will never meet, yet I would miss their company.  

I miss some of the people who left the site.  For instance, ADios drove me up a wall with her one note posts about dispensationalism, but now I miss her.  I miss TBoneya and GoneAway.  I even miss the whines of PBeavr.  The site always needs a mixed flavor.  It needs boneheads as well as eggheads.

Of course I like it here.  I've been here for quite a while now.   But, when I think of things to "love about a decade", it has the sense that it's about fads that won't be around in the next decade.  I'd like to hope that RIA will still be around in the next decade, and not just a passing fad.

Actually the site was formed in 1999, thus this would really be a phenomenon from the past decade.

Nevertheless, I must admit that RIA can be rather addictive, but in a good way. It gives me a chance to read and write a lot out of recreation. And that can't be a bad thing!

The only thing that brightens up my day between school and work.

Feels like we all became some sort of family here. I appreciate this site and its raters. I've learned a lot and I'd like to think that someone have learned something from me. I always have a lot of fun. Pleasure to know you all.

Rate It All is always interesting but it's not like it's something I have to absolutely LOVE. If it were made more interesting I think I'd be on here more frequently. Nevertheless, I rate it 4 stars.

Yep, Vudija, saves me from a whole lot of dull moments too. Never a dull moment in here. It get's better every day!

Of course I love it; I wouldn't spend my time on this site if I didn't. It's definitely saved me from dull moments in my day, even if I avoided leaving my own comments :)

rate it all has been alot of things to me. it has been a place of escape and comfort when times in my life were bad. it has been a great source of information. it has been a form of entertainment. i have got to know some great people and hope to continue getting to know even more.
