I think people sometimes prefer a little anonymity.

Others may not find a link to a list of uncommented ratings, but this would be very helpful to me. When I first discovered RIA some years back, I rated a lot of items without comments. Now I would like to revisit those items to see if a comment is appropriate. The problem is that with thousands of items to rate, finding these is like looking for a needle in a haystack. We already have a link to ratings with comments, so I don't see any tech barrier. The only potential issue I see is that members may want to rate anonymously, which is possible when no comment is left. Of course a solution is to make the link only visible to members on their own profiles (i.e. others can't see how members rate when no comments are also left).
