We had kids like this at school and the worst thing is that most of them knew their intelligent. Some are really nice and try to dumnb their intelligence down a little and there were others that you just wanted to strangle as they were so arrogant. Hermione Granger unforunately falls into the latter rather than the former. I feel sorry for Harry and Ron as I would have strangled her ages ago.

Sometimes she could be an obnoxious know-it-all.

In the book series,Hermione is a bookish "goody-good" who suprises the boys by her willingness to break the rules brilliantly when it is necessary to save their careless behinds.Her character shows kids that all of that studying will pay off in many unexpected ways.She may be a "nerd",but she's also a true heroine.Great character!
