It's a good idea. Yes, relationships do go bad and people change and sometimes realize their original thoughts and comments on someone else, no longer apply. It's life. Although I do not have any personal reason to want to delete any of the testimonials I've done, nor would I, even if my oppinions changed about someone, the fact is, I wouldn't want to think someone who had done one for me was just keeping it up because they don't have any other options.

I suppose the value of the ability to delete or edit a testimonial depends on which member "owns" the testimonial, namely the sender or the recipient. If the latter, then once sent it's a done deal. If the former, then I see some value in deletions and edits. As for deletions, I guess relations can sometimes sour or perhaps a member turns out subjectively unworthy of previously given praise. Edits make more sense to me, as in my opinion there should really only be one testimonial per sender, so one should be able to update an existing comment as opposed to sending additional ones. Of course, the power to edit could mean leaving it blank, so deletions might as well be added as well. Nevertheless, this improvement wouldn't have much use to me personally.
