A little of each thank you very much. I am truly an American mutt. My favorite groups along with the Irish! If I had to leave my own country I would pick one of these to immigrate back to.

My mom side of the family is of a English and Scottish background.

Half English on my mother's side, although that half is partly Norman French. The family landed in New Haven, Connecticut in 1644 (on a ship named the Hector) and promptly moved up the coast to Boston's North Shore. Been in the same area ever since.

I have some Scottish in me, though almost all that I know about it is that they came from Skye, and perhaps some English or Welsh too, don't know for sure...

I don't know if I'm Welsh or British but I have some Scottish blood in me. PASS THE HAGGIS! Ok, I'm kidding. There's no way in heck I'd be eating processed sheep guts.

This is another large piece of the numbah puzzle. My last name appears in the same spelling I use today in the first census of William the Conqueror.
