03/06/2007 | i like zone alarm but its not the best in any way anymore. ok its secure well comodo works just like zone alarm wiith the pop-ups and everything but comodo is far superior to zone alarm in protection.
zone alarm isnt the best resourse wise either for the protection u get, kerio is. so in the end u have at best the 3rd best firewall that actually costs money cause the free version of zone alarm is even more limited.
i dont recommend comodo or za unless u know what ur doing, u accept or reject the wrong thing then u have probs. for newbies or those who wanna save resourses neither zone alarm or comodo is for u. if u want solely the best protection then comodo is best
all and all its just the simple fact zone alarm isnt the most secure nor most user friendly. its basically a stripped down version of comodo that u actually pay for where as comodo is free. u want most secure go to comodo, u want most user friendly go with kerio.
