A different, energetic, fast paced take on what was, originally, a slow ballad, an early Neil Diamond hit. It featured a good guitar/ keyboards 'duel' between Blackmore and Lord and an Eddie Cochran type bassline from Nick Simper, their first bassist. It was a top 40 hit in late '68, one that still gets played on classic rock and oldies stations, and it also appeared on "The Book of Taliesyn" album.
