07/11/2007 | I'm not bashing the AM dial; it has it's purposes. But I truly feel you can tell a lot about someone who listens exclusively to AM stations. I can't put my finger on it, but they're a rare breed who share a lot of other qualities, besides radio frequency preferences.

10/10/2006 | mostly FM since there are more music channels to choose from. I do like one of the stations on the AM though that plays some great old tunes. Funny when I was a kid in the sixties, and seventies, The AM channels were the radio stations that had the music we listened to. funny how times change.

10/09/2006 | I'm the type that flips all over the radio dial, so I split time between both music on FM and talk/sports on AM. I'm not all that thrilled with the stations on either band here in Atlanta, but as I get older I've tended to spend more time on AM than I used to. Air America was on for a few months, but for good or ill it didn't make it. I imagine many have switched to pay services for the car, but I still prefer local programming.
