Controversial. I wholeheartedly agree with prohibiting adultery, but on the immorality part- how do you decide what is immoral or not? Homosexuality could be perfectly acceptable to some, and despicable to others. Some people consider public nudity to be lewd behavior, some do not. What we are dealing with right here is a very subjective matter- which makes it hard to work with the rule.
