This is one of the worse electoral choices in the history of the country. Kerry was a caricature of a candidate wildly groping to be on all sides of all issues. He was a total joke, and out of touch with America. Bush deserved defeat for all the mistakes and mis-steps he made. At least you knew what you were getting with Bush. Why would you change? That's what the American people thought.

Bush is the clear winner here. Not only has he won over 3 million votes in the popular vote, he is in the lead by thousands in Ohio. Not even close to going to Kerry, yet he refuses to admit defeat. Prediction- Bush wins New Mexico, bringing his total to 274, thus completely winning the election.

Well it's now 11:15PM PST. CNN is still labeling Ohio as too close to call and it would be appear that we are about to kick off the lawyer portion of this election. But however this turns out, with Bush having a 3M vote advantage in the popular vote, one thing is sure. I AM COMPLETELY OUT OF TUNE POLITICALLY WITH THE MAJORITY OF MY COUNTRY. THE VALUES THAT I SHARE ARE NOT SHARED BY MOST OF MY FELLOW CITIZENS. Kind of a depressing and alienating realization. What a disappointing night.
