This item kind of conflicts with avoiding liquids before bed. As the more sensitive individual may wake up in the early hours of morning with a full bladder. But I know that there is an enzyme in milk called tryptophan that is conducive to sleep, it is the same component found in turkey meat. Maybe that's why there are people to are so sleepy after Thanksgiving dinner. Now there's another possible item for the list, turkey. But warm milk may very well be a culprit to the cure for insomnia.
