10/18/2006 | i am in my late 40s and I am already forgetting things. my kids look at me like " what's the matter with you?" things that were in my head a few minutes ago fly right out. one of those walk in a room and forget why I came there. frustrating.it could be real upsetting if serious memory loss started happening, I hope that does not happen in later years.

10/18/2006 | This would definitely be bad. I am hopeful that this won't happen to me. I am in my sixties and my father is in his nineties. We both have all our marbles, (I think.)

10/17/2006 | Thats just awful. Can you imagine not remembering your husband? Children or any happy memories? Thats just someones worst knighmare if they had a life and lived it well.

10/17/2006 | I really hate when I........damn, I cant seem to remember what I was going to say!!!! This happens all the time. I'll be sitting on the couch, I get up... start to walk.... stop dead in my tracks.....and my father begins to laugh. He says, I know what just happened, you forgot what you're going to do. It happens more than I care to admit. He also says....."dont worry, it only gets worse!" Golden years, my ass, I can hardly wait.
