Snipperoo 4

Snipperoo is working on a couple of different takes on the widget space right now.  They offer a very cool "widget container" that allows folks to manage their widgets from a single panel.  So instead of wading through blog template code every time you want to add a widget to your blog, you add the Snipperoo code once, and then you can manage your widgets from Snipperoo with some neat drag and drop type functionality.  This part is cool, but I think it's going to be a tough road as it's a new behavior for consumers.

The more interesting piece - to me anyway - is the work they are doing with widgets as an ad platform.  They recently announced PayPerWidget which is going to match widget developers with widget host sites based on bids.  I think this idea has huge potential, I can't wait for it to go live.
