Halloween is only one week away. Halloween is a great holiday because children gets lots of candy. But you must be careful. Carry two bags. Put candy from the people you know in one bag and candy from strangers in the other bag.

Let one of your parents examine the candy from strangers before you eat it. A man once gave a child an apple that had a razor blade in it. I know that children are in a hurry to eat their candy but you must exercise caution.

If you are careful, Halloween will be a great day. The last year I went trick or treating was in 1984 at the age of thirteen. I give Halloween a 4 star rating.

I always want to be the house on the block that gives out some of the best and largest volumes of candy.  I don't want the little bastards to grow up hating me and vandalizing my house.

I love halloween,I love handing out the candy to the cute little kids,I always hand out candy although I never usually dress up,I am really in the spirit this year.

As Charlie Brown would say, "I got a rock."

nice for my kids when they were little. and I liked it when I was a kid. dressing in a costume and going out for treats. not into anymore. I do not turn on my light and pass out candy.used to when the nieghborhood was nicer.

Just not as much fun as it was when I was younger.

Probably one of the bigger reasons why I love it aside from the changing weather. You get to dress up as whatever you want or not even at all. It's fun to see all of the costumes people have.

I like looking for original costumes and carving pumpkins and I even still dress up and go trick or treating. I use to go with my son, till he booted me off his buddy list at the age of 6. Now I'm back in the swing of things, taking my grand babies out. Halloween is fun for everyone, not just children. Most fun I have this time of year is making my scarecrow, which, by the way, looks better than the last 40 or so that I've done. Be safe! Boo!!!
