Because of my schedule I don't get to watch all the game anymore, but I still love it when it's World Series time. Sure, if we get a match up like Tampa Bay and Philadelphia, I'm probably going to be less interested, but even people in Tampa Bay aren't overly interested in Tampa Bay. I went into the playoffs hoping for a RedSox/Dodgers match up, but won't be disappointed with the Phillies.

okay but hate how much time it takes from other shows and it goes on forever. do not hate baseball. but not as into it as others.

The one good thing about the World Series is that it signifies that baseball season is finally over.

October baseball is as different from April baseball as wargames are from war.

I love both months of baseball, but the Series is always special.

I agree with the fellow below- with the caveat that if the New York Yankees appear in it- and win- there is no better example of the notion of the ultimate mundanity of evil!
