Not one hit wonders at all, they had many hits, all performed brilliantly. Don't know if this is for the Hall of Fame but if it is of course they belong in it. They were cool, they had the "look" and they could play and sing and .... they were never boring.

Essentially a one-hit wonder. Sure, they broke through to the pop chart before Depeche Mode, but their synth sound isn't a fraction as influential as the original synth pioneers Kraftwerk.

Soft Cell definately deserves to be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Marc Almond has one of the greatest voices of all time. Their cover of "Tainted Love" is one of the best songs of the 80's, and it is definately in my top 10 favorite songs of ALL TIME. Sex Dwarf is definately worthy of recognition as well. Soft Cell/Marc Almond are VERY worthy of Rock and Roll Hall of Fame...
