I have used this ultrasonic toothbrush for over one year and warmly recommend it. The toothbrush comes with a charging base working through electromagnetic induction (no need for an electrical contact) and after charginc completely, the battery lasts for 14 2-minute brushes. Each brush is made up of 4 or 5 (customizable) 30-second periods, one of each of your teeth quadrants, and the optional 5th for the tongue. The toothbrush pauses briefly and beeps between periods, signalling you to switch. The rather long battery life built-in toothpase liquid makes this a one-item solution for travelling. Initially using an ultrasonic toothbrush gives an unusual feel, so the IntelliClean comes with an "adaptation" mode, where brushing strength gradually increases over the course of the first usages. After using it for a few days, however, you'll become accustomed to the feeling. Compared to a manual toothbrush, the IntelliClean is much more efficient at digging out and removing food between your teeth. However, you still need to floss.
