It seems to me that Vicks 44M just work ok. It has never work to well for me or my family. We take it and our symtoms come back within a couple of hours. We don't prefer to use this item.

I got this to treat a cough that was keeping me up, and it did the trick. I had been using Walgreen's NyghtTrain or whatever their cheap knockout formula was called and it wasn't working. I'd wake up three hours later feeling like death. The Vicks44M let me sleep through the night - it's $6.99 for a little jug, but well worth it if it gets you to sleep.
