At 6'2, 225 lbs. this skateboard was the only deck to last over 3 months for me. I've tried all the popular brands and found that it's the small biz companies that come out on top...kaz is my favorite for now though...

Kaz Skateboards have hot designs (especially the Apocalypse board...the one I just bought). They're made in the US and they have a great cause behind them: Honoring fallen soldiers and civilians of war, past and present. Their site alone is enough to get you to buy one...
