Marry the right person for the wrong reason 3

I'm not sure I follow.  Are we talking about marrying someone who's really good looking because they are rich?

A reason that's wrong for you may not be wrong for the others. What reasons you should marry a person for is very subjective and I'd leave it open to the person to define right or wrong for himself.

Why the divorce rate is so high. This is stupid.

Regardless if you think they're "right"; I don't think anyone should ever marry for the wrong reaons.

Marry the right person for the wrong reason 2

It didn't happened to me personally, but it happened to my cousin. Him and his girlfriend were together for 6 years, in the mean time his dad was diagnosed with cancer and didn't have much time left. So, even though they weren't ready, they still got married, so his dad could see his son "happy". Well, they are divorced now and don't comunicate at all. Sad, but true.

Marry the right person for the wrong reason 5

I have. Long story. My now-husband wanted to join the Army; he figured the only way I could go with him (financially) is if we were married. We were already engaged, and I knew we were going to get married anyway, but at the time I wasn't making any preparations for getting married because I figured we've got all the time in the world. And THIS wasn't I wanted as a catalyst to "speed things up"; I would have rather waited a year or two to just enjoy being engaged. But, long story short(er), in a confusing whirlwind that I still don't quite understand, in 3-4 weeks we were married. I didn't pick the date, the place, or even my dress. I didn't even have time to question anything. Turns out, a few weeks after that, he decided not to join the Army. I joke that he just used that as an excuse to get us married out of fear that I'd wait ten years like my sister did. Though it may not be ideal, I don't regret it, and married life is great.

Marry the right person for the wrong reason 2

I might marry the wrong person for the right reason. I have two people in my life at the present time who married to save someone from going back to harsh countries. I know that many people put them down for what they done but I admire them for it. While I don't think much of the person who comes to this country illegally and stays to mooch and committs crimes( especially violent ones), I do have compassion on those who are sincerely here for good reasons such as persecution and who willingly learn the language of this land and work hard for an honest living.
