Fighting- Some people piss you off so much, and talk so much noise,  they deserve one!  Especially if they are alot bigger then you lol.

Verbally- Yes....If someone has taken a "cheap shot" at me first.  Eye for an eye lol.

I prefer quality liquor, but I'd slip a stranger a cheap shot if they were too drunk to know the difference.

In a heartbeat and without remorse.  Most cheap shots are only deemed to be so once you see the person's reaction anyway.

Subjective. I've been told that I've delivered "cheap shots" and my response has been Jessup-esque "It's an ugly truth you don't like- it's not cheap." If you have moral and intellectual standards, a few weak-knees will believe (in all sincerity) that truths are cheap-shots. However, you shouldn't berate or take from someone weaker than you- that's a cheap shot to be sure.

In sports, back when I played the corner in football, I used to flat hand slap every receivers' helmet that came near me, whether they were in the play or not.

In relationships, be they romantic, personal, or professional, I try very hard not to be so ruthless.

I try to avoid taking cheap shots as best I can...

I'd like to think that I was above this, and usually I'm good about holding back, but damn is it tempting when someone says something stupid . . .  I tend to use more restraint in real life than online, but that's probably because the comments encountered tend to be exponentially worse . . .

i would NOT be the first to take a move to make a cheap shot at someone. I know how this feels being the victim of some nasty jerk who makes joke at my expense. what good does it do being mean? Does it really accomplish anything? to me it only makes the person who made the cheap shot look like an a******. . I hope I can bite my tongue, from giving it back to the creep.
