Lakai are insane! I used to hav DCs and they were terrible compared to these. They lask a lifetime and have amazing grip. They're also the most comfortable skate shoes I've ever tried on

The selects lakai pumps are great, almost no break in time and they hold up solid. I skated the dvs foot wear ct line before the selects and really liked the difference in grip. If you are used to skating a lot of vulc shoes on the market (es, etnies, emerica, vans, fallen, nike sb, adidas, supra shoes etc.) then i'd say give lakai a shot, its everything you've wanted in a vulc shoe and mroe. Plus they hold up too, no shit materials here.

alright i guess i got the telford hitops they are real good to do 3flips in but hard to do other things in i tell u guys what u should check out is VOX hewitt midtops they are really good i have the purple ones = )

great durabillity

lakai kost-one(brown/blue nubuck) --though this is a sweet colorway, these shoes could possibly be one of the most uncomfortable shoes ever! it feels like shoe technology that was in the eighties- suprisingly thin and lacking not much padding. i don't know how koston stands behind these! pretty good board control but, i'm glad i found them on ebay and didn't pay the $65-$80 the may range elsewhere- i'd be super pissed. if you're looking for a good and extremely COMFORTABLE shoe with unmatched control and durability then GLOBE is the way to go. try the MOJO or MULLEN TENSORS.
