Excellent grocery store. In the DFW area, it is the only store besides Whole Foods Market that refuses to install self-check out, which puts folks out of work.
Good specials daily with the card. I find a lot of good deals on things here and then when I need a special type or quality grass fed or organic meat, I go to Whole Foods. As a generic grocery, Tom Thumbs are clean, with nice folks and a reasonably good selection. Their safeway store brands ["Remarkable"] are among the finest quality store brands I've come across as a general rule.
I shop here and Whole Foods Market exclusively now.
