veracart sucks! not user friendly, you have to break down items into 100 items each to upload them, you cannot add an attribute to the whole category you haver to add them one by one which in my case for 400 items it wouold take over 66 hours. Horrible service, don't answer emails, don't even call you back when they say they will. i've never dealt with such a horrible company in my life. Now I have to pay to switch from them to a more updated cart. you can't even add categories in bulk, you might as well say nothing is automated.

A good shopping cart that vastly reduces the maintenance/update time of my store. I'd pay $150 a month for a shopping cart like veracart compared to the other carts I started out with.

Their service sucks if you are a small business, maybe it works better for big businesses but we find so far they do not give importance to their small customers - taking 3 or 4 days to answer a support email sometimes

Veracart is the best hosted shopping cart on the market by far. The price blows every one away and the support is really awesome! They really want to see your business succeed
