Not a bad movie, I went to see this with my wife and I enjoyed it. Kate Winslet does a good acting job in the film. This is a good movie for a couple whether dating or married.

watched this week. Kate Winslet and Cameron Diaz unhappy with their lives. find each other online and agree to switch homes for the holidays. Kate in England and Cameron in California. Cameron's character meets kate's{iris} brother and they start up with each other. Iris in California has two storlines going. she meets Miles a friend of Amanda's {cameron} and she also meets the next door neighbor and elderly man named Aurthur. who she befriends. arthur has been "in show business" as a writer for over 60 years. he feels he has been forgotten, is becoming forgetful and is on a walker. she helps him out. the end is pretty predictable. with Amanda and iris's brother, Iris and Miles. and who ends up together. for me ny favorite part of the movie is the sweet friendship that Iris has with Arthur. she comes through for him. one scene in particular is real touching with Iris and Arthur. this is probably considered a chick flick. I liked it. I liked Kate Winslet's. character best because she was real kind. Eli wallach{sp} was good as Arthur too.
