Lisp

Lisp is like nothing you have ever seen before. I have used perl, php, C, C++ ,Java, C#, SQL, and shells. As I read and learn more about Lisp, I at times have the feeling that my brain is exploding as things which I never dreamed possible are encouraged. The parenthesis syntax seems daunting and the lack of 'x = 1 + 2' style assignments at first seems strange, but it is all worth it. I suggest that anyone who wants to write really good code in any language should take a look at lisp, it will make you better at your chosed language.
