The US Government ultimately paid compensation to the subjects of their MK Ultra LSD experiments so the cat is out of that bag.

I don't think they perform experiments on people that don't want to be experimented on. Yes MK-Ultra really happened but it was performed on all volunteers

This is pretty well documented.One example was MK-Ultra,in which citizens who volunteered to be experimented on were dosed with LSD and other psychedelic drugs in an effort to make use of them for mind control.(this was back in the early 60s) The movie "Jacobs Ladder" is based on similar experiments on soldiers in combat.I have heard of even more insidious experiments,but they are sketchier in detail.

There is really no conspiracy here at all. It has happened. MK-ULTRA was an operation the CIA used to attempt to control people's minds with LSD back in the '50s. Or how about the Tuskegee experiments? My guess is the people that had syphillis would rather have known they had the disease and had it treated.
