 | drkseph (4) 01/15/2008 | Crabby bitch...I hate everything she stands for. Once on tv I saw her making a statement saying she wanted to ban violent video games because they're the cause of violence, which she said shortly after some kid got gunned down in new york. She just jumps on the emotions of recent events to gain popularity. She would suck as president.

 | numbah16tdhaha (147) 01/30/2007 | Sorry, but due to my well known stance on Hillary Clinton you could put Satan on the Republican ticket and I'd vote for him before this power mad woman. For the record, I believe that a woman could be a successful president. I just really f'ing hate Hillary...

 | MDStewart (10) 01/30/2007 | Being from Arkansas, I can tell you that this woman is scarey. She's an egotistical hot head that wants nothing more than power. Why else do you think she stayed with Bill when he was having all those affairs? Could it have been because Billy Boy was President? She has an agenda, and it's to attain the supreme power. If she gets elected, we're all in trouble!!!

 | abichara (60) 01/29/2007 | Hillary is going to run an extremely cautious, professionally managed campaign. I've always said that her game plan is similar to what George W. Bush did back in 2000: get re-elected by a large margin in your home state, raise lots of money, lock up national donors and statewide activists early, appear in public in only the most controlled of circumstances, and avoid taking bold stances. Hillary's campaign roll out was extremely stage-managed down to every detail. However, I'm not too sure such theatrics would work as well with the Democrats. This year in particular, they are feeling somewhat more emboldened with the GOP's troubles and they may decide to nominate somewhat like Barack Obama, who's risky, but can likely tap into voter frustrations over the war, cost of living issues, etc... Hillary, as she said, is going to run "a campaign to win", but she is going to play it very safe, even at the risk of possibly alienating her from her own party, and even the desires of the American people.
That said, Hillary remains the frontrunner, but it remains to be seen whether the American people would decide to have another Clinton in the White House. I personally would not like to see Hillary there. It's time for new voices. Putting her in there will simply resurrect all of the old political fights from the 1990's. You can bet that her opponents are going to dredge up Whitewater, impeachment, healthcare, the Travel Office firing. And you can bet that there will be new things coming up. Let's drop the drama, and get to work. The Clinton years were largely squandered over pointless political battles that no one really ever won.

 | FranksWildYears (48) 01/29/2007 | Tough call for the Democrats. They are about to be handed the Whitehouse on a silver platter. They have the opportunity to walk in the front door with a safe middle of the road candidate, or take the opportunity to make history with someone like Hillary or Barack. My guess is they will blink and some nominate cookie cutter candidate like Edwards. He will offer the job of running mate to one of the two.

 | Donovan (130) 01/29/2007 | It's not a party issue for me, she is just all over the political arena with her ideology. She is for whatever is popular at the present.

 | GreggOrange (17) 01/29/2007 | Far too associated with her husband's 4F club administration and far too associated with the ultra-left tax and spend, gun grabbing, quasi-socialist wing of the Democratic party to be electable across the board. Ultimately she is about as electable as Ted Kennedy. The Dems should play it smart and bring in a moderate that is capable of swinging voters to their side. She should realize that by throwing her hat in the ring she is doing more to damage the Democratic party's chances of getting in the White House in 2008 than helping it and bow out.

 | CanadaSucks (45) 01/29/2007 | Isn't electable outside of the Northeast corridor. . .her impact is shockingly overrated. . .if the dems are smart, they will use her as a smokescreen and use a bait-and-switch tactic once the real contenders need to step forward. . .then again, the dems have shot themselves in the foot during campaigns before. . .
