A wonderful old Tiki Bar. It is away from the crowd of the city about halfway between the airport and Waikiki. It sits right on the water, so visiting at sunset providea a great view. The decor is aging but adds to the charm. The service and drinks are very good and I'm a fan of their Zombies. Thursday nights are a special treat, with a group of regular locals singing until 9:00 PM. The music variety is wide and they are very good and enthusiastic.

Always wondered about this place after seeing it on my way to the recycling center many moons ago. I thought it was a "real deal" biker bar since it was buried behind some warehouses in the Sand Island Industrail district. Went there last night and as soon as I walked in I realized I'd stumbled onto something special. It was late on a Monday night so the place was quiet except for an older guy playing hawaiiana favorites on the piano. It looked like a yacht club that hadn't changed in 50 years - which, incidently, is exactly what it is. Leo the bartender served me up quick and took my order with more enthusiasm than any waiter I can recollect in my 24 years. The food came out fast and in the meantime I enjoyed a Jack and Coke (although I'm told that they have excellent Mai Tai's). I had a breaded pork chop served over gravy with steamed veggies and a big plate of Linguini and another Jack and Coke. My tab, including drinks, came out to about $22, which was extroardinarily low for a meal so delicious in such a great atmosphere. By far the best dining experience I've had on Oahu. I highly recommend going there if you can find it.

Please, please, please may the gods never let this one go down/away!!! The 'real deal' in every respect. Great food, music & an atmosphere seen nowhere else in Honolulu (or maybe in Hawaii for that matter). Not for fake folks. May it ever prosper & continue!

Absolutely Fabulous. If you can, make to one of the Singalongs. Lots of locals with great voices singing Tiki Classics. The food is good, the drinks are great and the atmosphere is unforgettable. This place is pretty hard to find, however. If you think you're lost, you're probably right on top of it. GO THERE GO THERE GO THERE, before someone with a Denny's franchise decides to tear it down.

The decor is great and the food is consistently homestyle, fresh and tasty. Great "old hawaii" left in Hawaii.

You can't beat the old hawaii feeling in this restaurant. The last place to take in real tiki's, glass fishing floats and hawaiiana in Hawaii!
