Butch Otter? Sounds like some perverted animal sideshow. Still, it's a lot better than DeVille Patrick. And I do Like Idaho...

Butch Otter left his safe seat in the U.S. House of Representatives to run for the vacant seat created when present Governor, Jim Risch, who became Governor when Dirk Kempthorne became U. S. Secretary of Interior, decided to run for his old job as Lt. Governor. Otter is a former Lt. Governor, himself, and was one of three GOP members of the U. S. House to vote against the Patriot Act in 2001.
