They support their membership and treat them as friends. What more can you ask for?

I used to frequent RIA a lot in my old job until they blocked it. I was devestated. It was definitely a nice way to alleviate the few bouts of boredom. Now I'm in another job and I have access to RIA so it's kind of nice to be coming here more often again. Nothings changed except the layout of the website.

RIA is easily one of my favorite websites. Of course it would be nice to start seeing something besides health care and Joe Wilson in my feed again.....

I use RIA primarily as a place to read about others' opinions, and I love it. I'm consistently impressed by the quality of the posts I find, and I love that lists are created and updated minute-by-minute. The content couldn't be more current.Visitors to the site are lucky that so many RIA regulars hail from diverse backgrounds and are good enough writers to articulate their interesting perspectives clearly. They make for a lot of good reading. Yes, there are smug, mean-spirited, and predictable regulars too, but over time I've realized that even they have something to do with why I keep coming back. I like seeing them get shot down. :)

Quite possibly my very favourite website. The rate at which I frequent it varies quite a bit, but it's retained my interest for three years now, and I anticipate it will continue to do so for another many years to come.

It is what you make it. I've been here five years with a few breaks, and still find it enjoyable most days. I find it interesting when people who first posted less than a month ago, talk about how it has "become boring and meaningless." Suggests an attention span issue to me.

I love the site! You can generate unlimited rating lists in all applicable areas. I am using these lists in my blogging discussions. When the lists are not imposed on the blog post, any adjustments are easy to make, and they do not require blog posting modification. Also, the AdSense traffic I get from RateItAll is the highest among non-blogging sites, I am member on. Long Live RateItAll! The highest grade possible!

I found RateItAll when searching the Internet for a ranking of military leaders. From there it did not take long to discover the site's concept, ease of registration, and entertainment value. Management here is generally reactive to suggestions for improvements and additional lists and items. RateItAll is clearly not a site that has been orphaned by its creators resulting in a dynamic environment. Humans seem drawn towards lists, such as the Top 40 in music, the top 25 in college athletics, or perhaps the original list of the seven ancient wonders of the world (the latter being one of my personal weblists, a shameless plug). Moreover, the site is different and refreshing in that it does not use threads or chat rooms (which should result in less confrontation) choosing instead a format of a single, nutshell review or opinion by lay people. Finally, the management here has successfully organized this site in an intuitive and logical fashion. I only wish I had thought of the idea first.
