 | Hekela (0) 01/10/2007 | I am glad that the Eagles showed Eli what a real team looks like. Eli doesn't have enough emotion to be a team leader and he doesn't seem to listen much either. I can hardly wait for the Eagles and the Saints to meet up this weekend, now that will be a game worth watching.

 | MomsandpopscallmeJoe (10) 01/04/2007 | The Giants dont deserve to even be in the playoffs. The Giants just got too much drama, Tiki Barber is on his way out of football and into a broadcast career, and I just dont trust Eli Manning. He doesnt have to fire that Peyton has. And when he makes a bad play, he got that blank, confused look on his face. The hottest team in the NFC the Eagles win this one. Jeff Garcia>>>Eli Manning

 | zuchinibut (41) 01/03/2007 | The Eagles are hot, and people forgot that Jeff Garcia is a pro bowl caliber quarterback. Eli Manning hasn't shown me anything yet that proves he is a playoff caliber quarterback, and I expect him and the Giants to flounder this weekend.

 | minkey (40) 01/02/2007 | Unfortunately we have to watch the 8-8 Giants battle it out even though they were probably one of the three worst teams in the league the second half of the season. It would be a total shame if they snuck by this round. As a matter of fact the game is worth watching, in hopes that the Eagles will run all over them and we can make something of a heroic story of Jeff Garcia.

 | GenghisTheHun (177) 01/02/2007 | The Eagles are going to swoop down and make little Giant hamburgers out of the ground up New York team.

 | irishgit (150) 01/02/2007 | I expect this to be an old fashioned ass-kicking contest between two teams who don't seem to care much for each other.
Gotta watch that.

 | magellan (174) 01/02/2007 | Eagles / Giants games are ALWAYS bloodbaths. It doesn't matter what the records are, and it doesn't matter where the games are played. This is an NFC East rivalry, that is up there with the great rivalries of the NFL.
What scares me about the Giants is Tiki Barber. He will be retiring after this season, and will be looking to cement his legacy as a HOF back. The Eagles run defense has been sporadic at best this year. My prediction is this: if Tiki runs for more than 125 yards the Eagles will lose. If he is held under 125, they will win.
(and if he runs for exactly 125 yards, this game will end, impossibly, in a tie).

 | Ventoux1 (12) 01/02/2007 | I wouldn't want to be anyone playing against the peaking Eagles. If they don't play like they have the last few weeks, or Eli Manning has an outstanding game, this could be a good game. Otherwise, the Eagles should win fairly easily. Where's Tiki Barber? He seems to have faded. If he can have a good gme and take the pressure off Eli, who knows?
