I do use it often, but now seeing that other browsers are better, and load faster than IE7, it is going on the decline for me. This one took too long to create when the others did put tabs on their window. It does not clean itself to its fullest and even if the pop-up blocker is there, there will still be some of the annoying ones appearing when you least expect it. Soon I will have complete independence from IE.

Slow, unsafe, too much spyware and popups. Switch to FireFox.

My only real complain with it is that the default options waste too much screen space. But by editing the registry a little (not recommended for those who aren't comfortable with computers), and changing a few settings, I was able to make it work fairly well. I agree with Magellan in that they do the tabs better than Mozilla/Firefox.

If you're using a Windows XP computer and haven't done so yet, by all means upgrade to IE7. It is a far better browser than the IE6 that your computer was delivered with. However you can do even better: Download an alternative browser! Personally, I very highly recommend the Opera browser. Opera is a lighter platform than its main competitor (Firefox) it terms of download weight, disk space once installed and memory usage. Opera provides the fastest surfing speed. Here's just one article on this subject: http://www.howtocreate.co.uk/browserSpeed.html Opera's tight programing makes it one of the safest browsers to use, and, in the rare event when there is a security leak, Opera has by far the best track record for quickly correcting the problem. Opera's user interface can be customized down to the smallest detail; menus and menu tools can be removed, replaced, put on the top, the bottom, to the left or to the right, you can even tell them to only appear when needed, and that's just a start. Opera provides features galore: email client, bitorrent client, chat client, mouse gestures, fraud protection, content blockers and I could go on and on. Give Opera a try and I think you'll be convinced! And no worries, even if you're not, your IE7 will still be there for you. Oh and one last thing: There are old reviews still circulating on the web (including here) that say that Opera is not free and has ads. That is no longer true: the complete version of Opera is FREE and AD-FREE, and has been so for years. http://www.opera.com

Sucks more than a Shark Vac. It is Microsofts way of keeping track of you and every move on the net. Have Firefox and no turning back.

I think Internet Explorer 7 is Microsoft's best browser so far. I like the fact that they introduced tabbed browsing, and the easy way to open new tabs - which is, in my opinion, better than Mozilla's tabbed browsing. The browser loads very quickly, which I really like. However, IE7 has many bugs that are still waiting to be fixed and I wonder how long that will take. If you're using an older version of IE I'd definitely recommend IE7 to you.

Anybody on IE 7 yet? So far so good for me. I really like the tabbed browsing, and it seems lighter and faster than old versions of IE. In fact, I think they do the tabs better than Mozilla - instead of having to click "file" "new tab," you can just click the small tab on the browser itself. Much easier.
