Their customer service is bad. Their password requirement is one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one special character, one number and I forget how many characters minimum. This creates secure but weak passwords because most people would need to write them down. I tried to point that out to the rep and she just said those are our requirements. Then she hung up while I was still talking. I am having a hard time picking this bank as my bank of choice after this despite its good safe and sound rating.
