Sure, if you're talking about Webster the little kid who had his own TV show back in the early 80's (I think) and was carried around by Michael Jackson to various events.

Certainly the Great "Decider" has contributed to Websters. He isn't actually the first president to do so. Back in the 1920's, Warren Harding coined the word "normalcy" in reference to the countries desire to peacetime production after World War 1. But Bush is the "decider", the one who makes decisions. Acutally, I thought Cheney did that?
