I do not think GW is NOT sensitive. Being a counselor might be a stretch but the President does have a sensitive side. How he handled himself after 9/11 shows he cares for his country (or was sensitive in our country's time of crisis) although his approach/ passion is the topic of many debates.

People so senselessly cynical and so concerned with votes they have the utter gall to give a speech at Bob Jones U, the Harvard/ Oxford of the cluelessly, unabashedly racist/ ignorant, and whose campaign staff play on race fears by concocting shameless/ false tactics in order to impugn a rival simply should not become sensitivity counsellors.
