Having briefly been a carny, I don't think Dubya really has the stuff for the job, with the possible exception of playing the rube shill, to lure in the true marks.

Probably not qualified. To get a job setting up the tents or exhibits, he'd assuredly need brute strength or stamina. Stubborn bull-headedness doesn't qualify as stamina. To work as a barker, he'd need to have some degree of "personality" and fluency in the English language (some intelligence, or at least some "street smarts", wouldn't hurt). Not even sure he'd be qualified to bite the heads off chickens, or to serve cotton candy to the kids. Maybe he's qualified to be... a turtle?
