Frigidaire OTR Microwave PLMV169DC 2

Looked like the best built of those I shopped for, however, the back mounting bracket is unbelievably chinzy (and sharp- cut myself!) Company does not care much about consumer - if you need hardware they will try to charge you $7 for each screw and $13 for a washer!!! The stainless looks nice. The keypad is complicated, but so were most of the competitors. Advice: check out mounting system and installation manual when shopping for an OTR microwave.
