Three stars because he had some decent years. . .but developed "Steve Blass Disease"- one day he woke up and couldn't throw straight anymore. . .for this all-time list, Chucky gets a 3. . .

A fine player for some time, for a while one of the better second basemen in baseball. Knoblauch, who had most of his best years for the Twins but who also played for the Yankees and K.C., actually started out as a pretty decent fielder, but, like another second baseman on this list, Steve Sax, somehow developed a mysterious penchant for wild, errant throws and bobbles.
